With sea salt and apple cider vinegar to disinfect yesterday’s bacteria and to keep new bacteria at bay, it forms a protective barrier on the underarm. The charcoal in the bar helps remove deodorant build-up. Using this step in the shower significantly improves results with natural deodorant.
The bar can also be used on feet and under breasts if odor from sweat is an issue. It can be used in the groin if you are not sensitive to fragrance, as the natural antibacterial properties works well to keep odor from forming in those areas prone to odor from sweat.

THE UNDERARM BAR
The Underarm Bar: use in the shower every morning before deodorant application. To maximize the bacteria-eliminating power of the charcoal bar soap, lather the bar and then massage in the underarm area for 20 to 30 seconds on each side. If you have underarm hair, massage for 30 seconds. For best results, let the rich lather sit on the underarms before rinsing off.
The Brightening Bar: use the kojic acid brightening bar daily in the shower. Moisten the bar and apply the lather to affected areas with hands, or silicone exfoliating brush. Massage for 30 seconds to allow the actives to penetrate the area before rinsing off. Not suggested for use on your entire face. Spot treatment, the affected area only.
The Ingrown Bar: use 1-2 times per week before removing hair. Wet skin and massage bar for 30 seconds directly onto areas prone to ingrown hairs and clogged pores before rinsing.This bar may be used daily for so many other body issues, and it is recommended as a daily staple in a hygienic shower routine.
